What are essential oils?

Essential oils are natural aromatic compounds found in plants.They are 50-70 times more powerful than herbs.

How do I use them?

Essential oils may be used:

Aromatically–Inhale or diffuse
Topically–Apply to bottoms of the feet, heart, wrists, head
Internally–Drink in water, ingest in gel caps, place under your tongue
- Be especially cautions that any essential oils taken is CPTG specific (Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade) If another brand of essential oils does not specify itself as CPTG, it most likely is not intended for internal use.

Step 4: Fill in your personal info
